Meet Georgia…

…a qualified Executive Coach, a Mum of 3 and someone on a mission to empower women to step into their greatness and create careers that are not just successful, but deeply fulfilling.

Georgia has over 15 years’ experience within the corporate world across London, Hong Kong and Sydney. She started her career within Investment Banking and Executive Search in London before making her own career transition into where her passion lies; Coaching and developing Leaders.

Georgia’s own journey through the corporate world, particularly in Investment Banking, has shown her the pitfalls of pursuing a career defined by others' standards of success. She's experienced life events that have reshaped her perspective and deepened her commitment to helping others find fulfilment and purpose in their careers, particularly during times of transition.

Georgia believes that when individuals operate from a place of integrity and purpose, they're capable of making a profound impact, not just on their own lives, but within the organizations and communities they belong to. She feels excited to work with people who are feeling challenged, unclear and discontent, as it is from this place, that great work begins.

Trained in the ‘Inner-Game of Leadership’, Georgia is able to uncover what is holding leaders back from their own greatness, enabling them to step powerfully into a role that is calling for their leadership.

Her style guides and holds clients through a process that unearths their unique talents, belief systems and supports them to set a clear path ahead. She leverages her corporate insight, Career Management practices alongside her holistic coaching to empower individuals and organisations to achieve their full potential, make meaningful impact, and create sustainable change.

Georgia also volunteers as a coach for Social Enterprises and Not for Profits. This has led Georgia to support leaders in thinking beyond themselves and setting aspirations around the legacy they wish to leave.

Whether you’re navigating a career transition, seeking greater purpose in your current role, or starting something new, Georgia can guide and support you every step of the way.

Georgia studied Psychology and Commerce at the University of Otago and ESADE in Barcelona.
